How to plan and measure the impact of your projects: advice from London Sport Consultancy experts

London Sport Consultancy is offering a free webinar on project planning and impact measurement in the physical activity and sport sector on Tuesday 29 March, 10-11.30am

Ahead of the webinar next week, we’re sharing a preview of what you can expect to learn from the free session, hosted by London Sport Consultancy funding expert Aaron Dunkley.

Aaron will focus on the importance of Monitoring and Evaluation (M+E) in your projects, what tools to use to measure the social impact of your work and will share case studies showcasing good reporting of social impact in action.

The session will cover:

  • What Monitoring and Evaluation is and why it is important.
  • How to plan for Monitoring and Evaluation better as an organisation.
  • What things to do, or tools to use, to measure social impact.
  • What a good practice of reporting social impact looks like.

At the end of the session delegates will have an excellent understanding of how they can integrate monitoring and evaluation into their projects and showcase the impact of their work to others.
